FallZone Safety Surfacing Michael Grillo Refused to correct an issue with my surface, instantly got an attitude and threatned me with lawyers and saying 'I know were you live' when asked about my profession I deliver kids... grillo response was 'if the baby delivered doesn't come out rite do you just through it in the garbage?only positives were his saleman... who had to help install the job?? Pathetic... next the installation crew wasn't even fallzone ... thank god it was a professional crew...mr.grillo advoides all my calls and have since went to another company palm beach Florida
MR.Grillo bait and switched his saleman by having him sell a diffrent blue then what I was really getting. When after installation i came home to notice what i had purchased was not what was installed i called Mr. Grillo to confront the issue with my surface, instantly got an attitude and threatned with lawyers and saying 'I know were you live' He then proceeded to mock me and say ' if you gave birth to a baby that didn't look how you expected are you going to throw it away? Also researched his backround... which is full of violent juvenile charges. Do you really want this guy around your children. Who knows what he does on his own time... drugs?
