Complaint Review: Families for children

I started working at thier Roseville location. At first they refused to pay me vacation pay which is going against employee rights and unethical. This is a mother and son run agency which tries to cut costs by not paying employees the right amount of pay. They quickly fire employees for no reason. This agency doesnot follow licensing regulations and has approved many foster parents that should not be foster parents.

Please stay away from applying for this agency. They are abusive towards thier employees and will not pay you correctly. The mother and son who run the agency are con artists who run this adoption agency for profits only without caring for the welfare of the foster kids.
