Im Financing A Vehicle That I Thought I Were Getting A Great Deal For Because I Needed A Vehicle At The Time, So I Found Family Auto Center And They Approached With Bad Credit Help, So They Welcomed Me With Open Arms At The Time, They Had Three Cars Only two Manual Vehicles And One Auto Which Was A 2001 Chevy Caviler, Wasn't Bad So I Checked It Out Drove It And Seemed Fine, So I Asked What Was The Price They Were Going To Finance Me For And They Said You'll Know When You See The Finance Papers, They Had No Car Fax Nothing So I Asked Them If This Car Was Worth

What They Were Asking For This Vehicle And They Said Yes Ofcourse Or Else They Wouldn't Of Gave Me This Price, So I Gave Them 1000 Down And 352.00 A Month With Full Coverage Of Ins. So I Contacted The Finance Company And Filled Them In They Said Its Not There Problem And Instated Me To Contact Family Anto Center, I Did And Asked Why I Was Financing A Vehicle For 8200.00 And The Car Is Only Worth Up To 1000.00 They Said They Didn't Know About This And Said Theres Nothing They Could Do About It, I Could Of Took My Money Somewhere Else, Basically What They Commited Was Fraud And Want To Take Them To Court For Overcharging Me For This Vehicle, I Believe That Family Auto Center And Crown Capital Had It Planned To Rip Me And Other People Off That Come To The Dealership, I Believe There Partners.

I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier that I bought for $4k. I'm puzzled how you could not have seen the price of the car before signing the finance papers. Are you saying that they didn't show you the loan breakdown sheet?
