In February of 2018 i took my money that i got from my 401k loan to get a car $7000 i have no credit and i am limited to small payments. I am a repeat customer from several years ago that truck had minor issues that did not affect the performance of the vehicle. This time i purchased a 2009 Chevy traverse the car seemed fine at the dealer before I left i noticed steel sticking out of my front tire i told my salesman Eddie im not leaving the lot with those on there than he proceeds to tell me i should have worked that in with the deal.

Hmm ok they put 2 used tires on and sent on my way with $20 to fill up the tank yea no gas gassed up and wont start 4th try got started went back to the dealer saif it was just cycling because of the almost empty gas tank i gave them the benefit of the doubt next fill up same thing no start about 4th try again start looked up on internet purge valve solenoid i bought from Chevy $56 with the help of YouTube i installed it and it works now there is noise from front end was told sometimes new tire will fix that. nope we had to return to family auto mart to pay another $760 supposedly for taxes untrue the contract says additional down payment that i did not agree to told Douglass the manager about the noise.

told me bring back next Monday so i did he put brakes and rotarson tbe car thats nice but prior they sent me off in a unsafe car they had to fix that refused to fix o2 sensors 4 of themand crankshaft sensor i paid that so far i have put out $1400 and have been informed that trimming chains have to be replaced that is $2300 and catalitic converters 2 parts alone are $700 a piece $1400 thats not including labor and all 4 shocks have to be replaced and tie rods too.

When finally talked to Douglas i offered him 3 options 1 give me my money back and he said no 2 give me the tital and lets call it even (yes i still owe money on this car a little over $4000) and i fix myself he said no 3 give me something else with the almost $8000 i have down already he refused to even discuss that turned them in to the better business bureau and of course they are absolutely not going to help they really did me dirty and i am stuck because of " as is no warranty clause" you should not be allowed to sell a vehicle in that condition i hope someone reads this before they go to buy a car from these people don't throw your hard earned money away they don't care let this be a lesson.

If you paid late or made partial payments, the unpaid balance would roll over into the next month's bill plus late charges. In looking at some of these cases of people saying their bill keeps going up every month, THAT is the exact reason. You seemed to indicate there was some sort of bill distribution problem, meaning you didn't get a bill on schedule. I would bet that is where the problem is. There were unpaid balances being rolled over into other months. Check that out.
