i have been having problems with this company about getting a refund for a car part that went bad and i had to replace. i have spent over 2,000 dollars and the problem still was not fix.. when i have took it to another repair shop they changer the distributer.. now that they -Family Auto A.K.A Napa is giving me a hard time getting a refund on this part. They are others like myself that has had complants about the company. I even went to the bbb and they did nothing.

You need to supply more information. You mention 2,000 dollars but no specific parts. For that amount, you could be talking about a whole new rebuilt engine. Also how old was the part & why should they replace it. Just because it failed, did it fail under normal circumstances. I.E. like 6 or 9 months later. Not the sellers fault, maybe the MFG problem. You need to supply more info if you want us to take you seriously.
