October 2014 Ordered a window for an RV to replaced a busted window. Now a busted window causes a whole lot of problems in an RV if not addressed so it seemed Sherry knew the importance of the urgency of the situation. Sweet on the phone Could not have wished for her to be nicer! I faxed information with demisions VIN number make and model to her to make her job easier in fact. Called back to verify she received. Called back over and over again for price ETA. She is hard to get a hold of. Busy girl, I can respect that. I am busy too. Finally got a price, a great price and ETA...3 weeks Wow long time but ok. ETA was November 14th oh wait no November 18th. Called November 21st 2014 Nope shipped to Forest River not Lebanon TN. When will it be in Lebanon TN I ask. Well about 3 days. Today is December 10 2014 I do not have a window. Still have not received a phone call from Sherry. Called once to speak to her supervisor cant speak to him conviently either. Surprise he still has not called me back either, maybe he did not get my message. Considering this has now been going on for a full two months I would say I am patient and understanding person. Fact is if she would have called me once and said I am so sorry I forgot to order or Hey I know where your window is.....I would not be on a mission now to announce my displeasure with the Family Campers Customer Service Parts or Warranty department. Fact is I extended another olive branch yesterday and called yesterday i stayed on hold 6 minutes until finally someone another sweet good mannered young lady took my name again and I told her Sherry would not call me back she was wasting her time writing my information down. Well cant say i am surprised....still no call back as I predicted. So now I start over getting a window. But rest assured i do know word of mouth has power.
