After three yrs with company, my creditors were not paid during June and July. I am at risk of being dropped from one of the creditors because they didnt make the payments on time.. they claim there was a computer "glitch". I have advise Family Credit that I will seek legal counsel if this matter isnt corrected. I have a direct deduction from my bank acct every month ON TIME AND THEY CANT EVEN MAKE THE PAYMENTS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO.

I have 20 months left on my consolidation and cant risk being dropped by my creditors and required to start paying high interest rates again.

I notified the Attorney Generals office in Florida and sent over 25 pages of information about this company...

I rec'd an updated statement from one of the creditors and saw where there were 3 payments made from FCC to them each being paid one week apart in August. That indicates to me that they didn't make the previous two payments.

I am waiting for updated statements from the other creditors to see what they are showing. I am also waiting for a response from the Attorney General's office as to what is the next step. I have a feeling that FCC was contacted by the Attorney General's office and made the three payments to get caught up.

I recommend to other people who have problems with this company to notify the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau about their dealings with the FCC in Coral Springs, Fl.

Called them today and was told my July payments were sent out on July 31st to the creditor involved. They assured me that this months payments were going out on time......remains to be seen.

I have filed a report with the Attorney General's office in Florida after reading the new reports entered this month.

I just want to be able to finish my payment schedule with this corporation and feel they should be helping by sending payments on time. I am sure there are many people involved in this same situtation with this company, however arent aware of their legal rights as far as payments being sent late or missed completely.

They first blamed it on the hurricane and now it is a "glitch"...???? I plan to contact them on a regular basis to follow up on my payments to creditors.

I spoke with a supervisor today at FCC and was told that my payments would still get made by them to Chase Bank, but they have no information showing I am no longer on the debt management program with Chase. THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON AS TO WHY MY ACCTS HAVENT BEEN PAID ON TIME.

I faxed them three letters regarding this acct and they say they dont have them...they were sent to 954-670-0811.

A payment was made to Chase Bank on 7-31-08 according to the supervisor I just talked to at FCC. Also there are other payments that havent been made to date.

I informed the supervisor that I would seek legal council and consider filing against FCC for not paying my accts on time. I also informed them that I have filed a report on RipoffReports.com.
