Complaint Review: Family Credit Counseling Corporation

Please someone help. My fiance and I originally were referred to these people through Debt Free America. Once started into their consolidation process it was incredibly unorganized. Refaxing documents, no one answering the phones etc. We did this in Sept 05, after the credit card companies calling and sending late payments for 2 mths, they did recieve a payment for Oct. Then nothing for the last 3 mths. As you can see they are blaming the hurricane for this delay, BS! There is no way the hurricane can put a financial institution out for longer than a week or so. Now we have 3 credit card companies 3 mths behind in payments and her ruined credit (that was flawless) for deliquent payments. I closed her checking acct so they can not debit anymore $$ (They got a total of about $300 from us so far) and paid off the late debt myself. I need help on what to do! I want them to pay for this and I know there are other people out there. CLASS ACTION SUIT? Please someone help!
