There are committing insurance fraud. They are overcharging patients and when they are confronted about it, they blame it on the insurance company saying that they have not been provided an updated plan.

We were overcharged our first day $46.00. They provided us with a proposed treatment plan which had $1,000.00 in overages. I literally took their proposal and reviewed it with the insurance company. The day before they scheduled root canal I went in to clarify the discrepancy. When presented Gina, supposedly the office manager, she said it was someone elses fault and stated that she didnt have an updated contract. I told her the one the insurance company provided was from 2014, so how is theirs older than 2014 & more expensive. I waited for an hour for her to try to figure it out. Sure enough, she confirmed I was right. As for the rest of the services she said she would contact the insurance company, however, she gave me a new proposal for my Husbands root canal which was supposed to take place the next day. Here we go again, I went home and contacted my plan to verify. Again, they said they are improperly billing and advised me accordingly. The next day we went in at 8 am and Gina demanded payment IN FULL before treatment. I asked if we can wait until the insurance company opens, as she stated she needed to verify what I was telling her, she said no, we need payment now. I then offered to pay for the root canal, but just wait on the other charges until it is verified with the insurance company but she refused. That right there is evidence of a scam. They are now trying to submit codes to my insurance companies that were neverdone.

Beware!!! Always contact your insurance company and stay away from this provider.
