My comment written or posted you directly at this time, who biasedly choose to unproductively act in a disrespectful manner against any civilians experiencing such unlawful victimizing act, let alone doing such act unpatriotically against a U.S military veteran, who in reality is a protected individual within the United States and the law, uniquely as a protected class of individuals, and rightfully so. Unquestionably meaning any and all types of unlawful discriminatory actions against, both veterans and even more so for combat veterans that significantly served during wartime as a collective, are dynamically and justly protected within the law, rightfully from multi-discriminations within the U.S. Thank you kindly being veteran hating "Comment Warrior”, who is mostly not entitled to a d**n thing in the U.S, in any dynamic regards to being declared a real American trained warrior. I assertively and unequivocally knew very well in reality that I neither took anything from a Family Dollar store or did anything unlawfully anywhere, let alone ever committed such an unlawful act in any store or places of business as a consumer, either in the United States or even globally around the developing world. Rightfully, my genuine and justified assertions of my innocence throughout the incident are still steadfast and unwavering, despite some of you all retarded-a*s unsolicited comments biasedly refuting my assertions of my innocence. I rightfully deserve all governmental agency investigations into the incident and its occurrence, because all legal factors and actions needs to urgently be examined for probative values or veracity of any data, dynamically of the alleged details of the incident therein and thereof, that will definitely be found grossly unfounded as a allegation in totality, despite what your uniformed and nonsensical driven mind thinks  and/or illogically say. Pursuing justice in this incident is both rightful and justifiable, not only due to the fact of me being a civilian victim and a veteran, but because this is democratically the United States of America, arguably the most ethical country on earth, in dynamic regards to law and order, not a dictatorship regime or a country lacking empathy for human rights, or functioning like North Korea and/or Russia to name a few. Are many of you that motherf**kin naive and mindless in your "peanut brains”, to not factor or consider intuitively in you all judgment-making and your logical thinking process or processes, the likelihood or possibility of me being extremely innocent, due to my proactively assertive pursuit and assertions for justice in this matter, especially me currently and actively reporting the matter or incident to multiple governmental agencies both state and federal, dynamically requesting urgent legal intervention and multiple large scale investigations, directly and comprehensively into the incident and Family Dollar company and/or its store operating practices, significantly interacting with consumers both regionally and nationally. Now you should ask your "dysfunctional brain”, would a logical and intelligent person requesting higher level legal pursuits, immediately during and after an incident knowingly being guilty, along with posting captured video showing proof that an incident occurred, embarrassingly related to me being profiled a thief, along with an posting a long written incident report detailed online in this video's comment section, alike to being a legal "Affidavit" regarding the overall incident, specifically for the entire public to intelligently form their own logical opinion of someone, being so-called guilty of stealing within the Family Dollar store, and even dysfunctionally and illogically post incriminating incident details about one's actions, that is likely being seen or watched by the rest of the world in some capacity, somehow seeking embarrassment to be an unglorified acting guilty thief in New York City. Simply, you is trying to act confidently biased commenting, due to sensationalized dramatic emotions of hate to a short posted video of an incident, having little to no intricate knowledge about the incident, however you rely heavily on your "Peanut Brain”, and you all supercilious "Donkey-a*s” derived thoughts or thinking. Logically ask yourself, "would a guilty person be inclined to adamantly pursue justice after the fact, requesting multi-governmental investigations, regarding the alleged unlawful act and incident, or somehow illogically implicating myself legally, by greatly communicating incident details in entirety to governmental agencies alike to the American public, which is currently being done proactively by myself regarding this incident, to include unselfishly proactively trying to bring justice for other possible victims alike, likely being wrongfully and falsely accused for the act of stealing. Be honest your biasedly opinionated self, that you all actually don't really care much for the possible fact of any innocence of any individuals, that you read online or watch on social media as showing any videos of individuals being embattled by similar incidents asserting their innocence, because it is clear and evident that you all would love to believe falsehoods of broadcast, either seen or not seen within incidents on social media, simply being entertainment for you, while you all unintelligently commit to biasedly making incompetent discernments beyond the "shadow-of-a-doubt”, not exhibiting any questionable dubiety regarding the incident, despite some of you all "Comment Warriors” confidently, choosing to post disrespectful comments about an innocent victim in an unsuspecting incident or situation, who is only seen on social media thus far in three extremely short video clips regarding the incident. The Family Dollar store manager "Angie” falsely and inaccurately alleged during the initial stage of the incident, that I specifically was explicitly seen personally on camera stealing, specifically captured by a facial recognition feature on the camera, maybe she has me mistaken for another black guy she saw on camera, doing something strange at the Willie Wonka Chocolate Factory located in the Republic of NeverLand, managed and operated as a franchise by Peter Pan's cousin and Popeyes wife Olive, who herself is now shockingly overweight, somewhat having a pot shaped belly or more precisely a Pot Belly. Thereafter, I lost my only vehicle keys to my privately owned U.S Military Humvee, that i delightfully purchased with my entire U.S military enlistment pay, along with all the money I earned being regarded as the best Dog Catcher in New York City to be exact, highly awarded by the Mayor himself. Furthermore, the fact that Family Dollar store manager "Angie", verbally speculated on the triggering source of this incident being a so-called facial recognition camera system detection, that is still unproven in any veracity and existence thus far, regardless of my assertive actions to requisition any evidence of such so-called footage of me or my facial detection photo, both during the incident and thereafter. Simply and evidently, I did not commit any act of so-called stealing of anything and from anywhere, especially precisely on the incident date of 8/17/2024 or the week prior to 8/17/2024, as confidently alleged wrongfully by the discriminatory and illegally acting store manager, who some of you biasedly thinking retards like to glorify as a blatant sarcastic menacing perpetrator against a civilian and a veteran. When in reality I could easily prove to everyone that I recently had several painful surgeries, specifically done at the Veterans Affairs hospital since 8/13/2024 and even since July 9th 2024. I also have been painfully "bed ridden” since the initial surgery date of 7/9/2024, somewhat except for the date of the incident on 8/17/2024 feeling a little pain relief; which I only entered the Family Dollar store rightfully and lawfully to simply buy laundry detergent, to do laundry for me and my 13 year old son, precisely at the laundromat next door to the Family Dollar store. I essentially needed to get overdue laundry done in somewhat of an urgent manner on the date of the incident being a single father, because I recently experienced inability to physically commit to such action during my severely painful surgical recovery process, which is still currently happening painfully right now on 9/05/2024. I actually recently had an urgent medical visit with the Veterans Affairs hospital, due to surgical procedure complications. So for some of you all not to be unnecessarily disrespectful next time or be perceived as being ill-educated and illogical.  This is a situation of wrongful discriminatory profiling of an individual and his identity within the American public, dynamically doing rightful and lawful business transactions and interactions, let alone a disabled U.S Marine 0311 Infantryman combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, simply trying to do my overdue routine laundry for myself and my 13 year old son during my surgical procedure recovery. My son was evidently impacted and affected by this incident alike to his father, which repositioned the dynamics of this incident to also address the infringement of the rights of a minor, due to unwanted physical touching of a minor in a retaliatory manner, highly indicative of being menacingly assaulted to be ejected arbitrarily and unlawfully from the store, alike to his father being embarrassingly ejected from the store on the false premise of so called theft, that in reality completely never happened at any time or at any point in my life or in my son's life as a collective. The embarrassing aspects that this incident has inflicted upon me an upstanding veteran and a father, is somewhat irreconcilable at this point with Family Dollar and its employee, because this incident would have affect any father or parent, who specifically and dynamically has been training their children to foster and exhibit good conduct at all times and everywhere, alike to myself being discipline rightfully as a former U.S Marine and fervently so, dynamically within my actions in any environment especially in public, and keep in mind that I have been trying as a father to be a good example as a former U.S Marine to my children, to inspire them to become great acting individuals and rightfully so, to dynamically inspire them to serve the American people themselves, especially working for the U.S Government in any significant future capacity in their lives, if indeed they became highly inspired by my actions to patriotically choose to work for the U.S Federal Government. Be advised that I am currently officially reporting this incident not only rightfully as a victim, but also rightfully as a protected class individual under VEVRAA, further requesting ethical intervention into this incident from both state and/or federal governmental agencies that can legally act with jurisdiction over this matter, to review and investigate this incident specifically and dynamically, as well as broadening such investigation and review across New York State and nationally across the United States assessing for other victims. A formal complaint was filed and/or submitted to the office of the Attorney General in New York City on 08/20/2024 via web platform, regarding the civil rights aspects and civil rights infringement that happened during the entire incident occurrence, at the Family Dollar store on August 17th 2024 shortly before and during 1:32 PM, at the Family Dollar store location 2863 Webster Ave Bronx NY 10458. The veteran himself is a combat veteran that is a protected class of individual, significantly protected under VEVRAA within the United States of America without any unlawful infringement of discrimination, thus making this incident fully eligible for a Human Rights Commission and/or a New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) investigation. Furthermore, Family Dollar store manager "Angie" can be heard on phone camera footage, threatening that she was going to physically "Smack" me, which was her way of communicating her intention to assault me otherwise known as "communicating a threat”, after she acted biasedly coupled with falsely alleging that i stole something. During questioning her about her negative interaction with my son, by her physically taking hold of his arm in a retaliatory manner to eject or trespass him, which happened after I sent my son back into the store to purchase the needed laundry soap again, to proceed with with rightfully doing our laundry, simply the store manager was acting "Wrong and Strong" with impunity. Additionally, I have irrefutable proof or evidence within my phone's call logs for the date August 17th 2024. Showing evidence that I immediately tried making contact with Family Dollar Headquarters or corporate office, to specifically and dynamically complain about this incident with urgency. My call logs will irrefutably show that I called to report the incident with; Family Dollar customer service at 1:31 PM speaking for about 23 minutes on August 17th 2024 or the date of incident, ultimately being told by the customer service representative that nobody at Family Dollar customer service can take any action immediately in this matter, until an email is sent solely bearing all the details and evidence of the incident, I thereafter contacted New York City 311 Non-emergency official complaint hotline at 2:04 PM, speaking regarding the incident for about 21 minutes and was urgently referred to contact the NYC Human Rights Commission. I also rightfully and justifiably contacted 911 NYPD police department at 2:05 PM, speaking briefly regarding the incident for about 2 minutes with the emergency dispatcher, simply requesting urgent law enforcement intervention into this matter and incident in an expedient manner, which subsequently during my long wait for NYPD law enforcement, laterally and proactively to me logically committing to the completion of my laundry doing process, the NYPD police department failed to respond to the scene in any manner regardless of being just a few blocks down the street on Webster Ave in the Bronx (NYPD 52nd Precinct), thus repositioning and burdening me the victim to seek justice regarding this incident elsewhere, and by other governmental authorities within New York State and ultimately the U.S Federal Government. Additionally, I formally sent a comprehensive complaint report having irrefutable evidentiary facts and details, first sent comprehensively to the email address that customer service solely or only provided for complaints since August 17th 2024, with this alerting email being sent to FDdirect@dollartree.com since August 20th 2024, thereafter not receiving any ethical response to my emailed complaint, I then sent the same comprehensive incident facts and details to another email found online for Family Dollar's Human Resources HR Code of Conduct complaints on August 21st 2024, which is email address CodeofConduct@familydollar.com, along with attaching to the initial email address given by customer service FDdirect@dollartree.com since August 17th 2024 as a secondary receiver of this specific email. Lastly, after completely not receiving any response from corporate office leadership at Family Dollar, I then optioned on 8/22/2024 to send all my comprehensive incident facts and details along with photographically documented evidence of the incident, to include details of Family Dollar's actual negligent lack of response in such a unconstitutional incident and incident classification, which was sent directly to a email found online CorpSecy@dollartree.com for Family Dollar's parent company, specifically being the company and variety store Dollar Tree, and the email was significantly identified a direct source to correspond to the company's Board of Directors or higher level executive company leadership, either being directly or indirectly in ownership of all Family Dollar stores. Be advised that no response to my complaint was ever done by either Family Dollar's corporate office, or from the overall Board of Directorship for executive leadership of the company thus far. Additionally, this incident could largely not be only isolated to me as a veteran, but it could also be largely happening to other innocent and unsuspecting individuals in the American public regionally and nationally, and I have the moral responsibility to protect the American people even as a veteran not on active duty anymore. My former taken or sworn oath to protect and defend the American people is forever, and I got news for people who think they can arbitrarily act unconstitutionally against the American public, "My unwavering allegiance and my sworn oath to protect and defend the American people both foreign and domestic, doesn't end or terminate at the gate of the base in any manner upon end of my military service enlistment”. Dynamically this incident or situation is regarding unconstitutional discriminatory behaviors of a Family Dollar manager by the name of "Angie", significantly against a U.S Marine Combat Veteran and his 13 year old son in an unexpected and unjustified manner mired with discrimination and unmerited public embarrassment. Unethically she sustained acting "Wrong and Strong" sarcastically, therein doubling-down blatantly on her discriminatory acts with impunity, or she having thoughts of impunity falsely believing that I lacked the "intestinal fortitude", significantly to proactively and rapidly seek a large scale investigation into the incident and its specifics, that falsely triggered this incident initially and sustained incident details thereafter. Be advised that the store manager "Angie”, sarcastically gave inflammatory verbal responses during the incident, to both menacingly agitate me as the victim knowing through discovery that I am a veteran, and openly embarrassing me without reservation, believing that she would get away with her substandard and unlawful mistreatment of a highly disciplined acting consumer or patron. Be advised that I could have easily assaulted or incapacitated her speedily as a former trained 0311 Infantryman U.S Marine, which could have easily been executed in less than one minute and sixty seconds or better depending on my level of ferocity and my mindset mood, being significantly an experienced combat veteran or simply being a former warfighter, dynamically if I acted irrationally and roguely on the agitated premise of being sarcastically discriminated against embarrassingly, or on the agitated premise of she physically touching my son in retaliatory manner, who seemed to be biasedly acting against me as a veteran along with my rightful assertions during the incident, or even on the agitated premise of me personally having a "kamikaze” mindset since my combat deployment and thus far. Be advised of the fact that me the combat veteran personally having a "kamikaze” mindset for years, significantly and emphatically means that it is not very hard for someone to be perceived by myself as a significant threat to my safety, or more importantly seen as source of agitation that essentially needs to be swiftly rectified, either verbally or physically in a combat military manner, also it is not very hard for me to compartmentalize and suppress my respectful and peaceful characteristics or demeanor, to significantly become desensitized in my mentality and my actions responding or reacting vigorously against any multi-threats of all kind, no matter who the individual is as a perpetrator, especially when faced with any situations or incidents of disrespectful rights infringements, coupled with any communicated or implied threats to cause bodily harm to me in any manner at any time somewhat unwaveringly. Be advised that I did not commit to any hostile physical actions in this incident, because oddly and unusually this perpetrator was a female, and my military trained or derived combat actions done potentially in the civilian public, would grossly be acting disproportionately towards such a defenseless and mindless female store manager, who cunningly and deceptively tried to agitate me as an individual being assertive as a young veteran, dynamically to likely elicit a significant assaulting response or bated influenced response of criminality, to deceptively overshadow this incident in an effort to cover it up, likely done in a manner to circumvent official scrutiny, or likely behaving in a deceptive manner to rationalize a viable situation of an arrest, indirectly manufactured and developed from the perpetrating actions of the Family Dollar store manager's initial false allegation of theft, being personally condemned by myself the veteran for being falsified and wrongful in nature. My former sworn oath to protect and defend the American people is fervently forever. I got news for people who think they can arbitrarily act unconstitutionally against someone in the American public, "My unwavering allegiance and morally sworn oath to still protect and defend the American people dynamically, doesn't end or terminate at the gate of the base in any manner upon completion of my enlistment”. Be advised that New York State Assemblyman the honorable George Alvarez of Assembly District 78, rightfully and ethically would like to shortly meet with me privately to specifically discuss the incident and the troubling facts and factors therein. I would like to extremely thank the American public for helping or assisting me as a civilian and a veteran, to rightfully and ethically make successful contact with such a significant individual being the honorable Assemblyman George Alvarez, and significantly receiving an appointment to mitigate this incident lawfully.

 They are free to refuse service to anyone for any legal reason. Looking like someone who stole from the store is a valid reason. It's not illegal to discriminate on non-protected characteristics, such as how you look, smell, or dress. It's probably a good thing the cops didn't show up because you would have been arrested for trespassing. If a property owner tells you to leave, you have to leave.
