Complaint Review: Family Dollar Store

Why would a company of this size not care about it's employees.

They use us up an throw us out like we are trash. Care is not a word they know the meaning of. They don't want to face the fact that they are WRONG.

If they only took a closer look at the D.M over Store # 341 in Rocky Mount, Va. They would be amazed at what they would find out. No, maybe they wouldn't, they already know, they just don't want to face it.

They need to get Human Resources Up to Date. Why do they
employ theses people in this position, if they can't even
return a call to see why someone quit or what problems an
employee may have. Voice mail is all you get when you call, an don't leave a message, they won't call you back.

This company knows what is going on , plain an simple,
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES
