I was employed at the faily dollar in Waterbury for alittle over two months this year and have yet to recieve my W2 form whats going on my taxes are being held up am I being riped off.

It is possible that you did not receive your W2 because your address is incorrect.

If you have had address changes and did not notify the company, then they cannot mail your W2 form.

W2 forms are not fowarded by the US mail, for your own protection.

Simply call 1-800-547-0359 and select from the automated message. You will need to speak with someone in Payroll.

Provide them with your name, SS# and current address and they will send you a copy of your W2 form.
