family dollar tampering with products Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I have been buying downy fabric softener from family dollar and it always seems to be watered down I thought maybe downy is making it thinner but when I went to two other markets it's much thicker so it seems that family dollar is tampering with its products,

Why would you expect to get the same grade of quality as the Downey purchased for regular price?
It's like when you buy a fake Louis Vuitton for a 100 bucks and it looks like fake s***....probably the way your clothes smell.
