Complaint Review: Family Fun Saver

I have been receiving an UNAUTHORIZED monthly charge on my credit card for over 6 months. Upon my contact, my credit card company removes the charge and credits my account, however, that has not prevented "Family Fun Saver" from again charging me $11.99 the next month. I've never heard of this Family Fun Saver company, not have I ever received any mail from them. Upon receiving my credit card statement today, and again finding this unauthorized charge, I called the card company and they plan to launch a full scale investigation. The rep. did attempt to contact someone at Family Fun Saver while I was on hold, but to no avail, so I still have no idea as to who or what these people are......but any future attempts at billing my card will be denied. They should be run out of business and I hope the people at Visa threaten to sue them on my behalf. Do NOT accept any unauthorized charge from this fraudulent company. They also operate under the name of Trilegiant Corp. Anyone with similar history or further information, please let me know.
