Complaint Review: Family Go-Karts

Family Go-Karts Purchased a go-kart as a Christmas gift. Received defective tires upon opening the boxes. We had to purchase and was very lucky to find replacements on Christmas Eve. That was the beginning of a plethora of issues. I reached out several times with my issues to NO AVAIL from the company. My son has probably rode the cart about a dozen times in a year because it continuously breaks down. In addition to the cost of the cart, I’ve invested $500 in repairs and needs to go back to a mechanic. Browns Valley Minnesota

I understand that stuff happens, but in a Amazon world, consumers expect and deserve resolve. There is NO resolve from this company.
