We love the Product,however it is very doubtful we will ever make another purchase from this dealer. We had planned to return the following week and purchase an additional vehicle. NOT NOW. I went to a dealer in another town to set up the purchase.

What was our problem you ask? We were originally showed the figuers concerning the trade in allowance, sales tax, and other variables on a hand written page and these were bounced around untill we agreed that we could live with the deal. By the time we were shuttled to several other people and again showed the figuers there was a difference. Although the explination sounded wrong we were assured they were the same.

I guess the truth of the mater is that we were stuped enough to beleive the lies and BS. The next day we went back for some explination and told that even though the wrong price was quoted and the wrong tax base was applied ( a different county ) it all would work out in the end. BS again. Buyer beware of the smooth talking dissappearing sales man and credit managers.

Now when the contract was turned over to the Bank for financing we see additional changes BUT, we signed the contract so the banks " thats what you signed". We cant prove what we say because we were not given a copy of the hand written statements and offers.

The sales man and credit manager are seemingly invisable men. Although my wife loves her new car she comments it feels like she has been RAPED ever time she gets behind the wheel. Our intention even though we can't seem to get anyone at the dealership to talk to us is to continue to confront them by what ever means necessary.

We both work in very public places and see a great number of people each and every day. We will park the Car in a high visibility area with our name and number showing whit the comment for information about this wonderful car please contact us we will share our JOY. If we speak to 10 people a day who speak to ten people a day the word will spread. What do you think.

I could not disagree more. I have purchased TWO Kia's and Am very happy. Everyone was really great. I have sent at least five others to Family Kia. and will contuine to send more. They were very clear with what the payments were and when I had a question they spent more then enough time to explain the answer to me. It was the first time I very got a car on my own and they were not pushy in any way!!! The service department is wonderful too. Very professional.

Due to the fact that I do not have your last name, I am unable to assist you.
Your statement that my managers are invisable could not be further from the truth. There are two managers available at "All" times. Family Kia is rated #1 in Customer Satisfaction in the United States. 96% of our customers are completely satisfied with their buying experience. Could you be one of the 4% we can not satisfy? If you have a legitimate complaint, we will be happy to address the matter.

Ernest If I were you I would also post a copy of your Rip Off Report in the windows of your car, BOTH SIDES.

Fax a copy to the car dealer. It's nice to make sure that they know that they Have made The Rip Off Report.

To all car buyers. Always search the Rip Off Report before doing business with any car dealer. Deception can not hide.
