I joined family marketing USA "Gas Card Distributor Program" at the beginning of march 2007. I paid $299.00 for the distibutorship. I then ordered a bulk order of the gas card certificate books on March 27th,2007 in which I paid another $696.00. I waited until April 9th, 2007 to call the company about my bulk-order. I was told that that my order would be shipped-out April 12th,2007.

On April 23rd, 2007 I called the company again, because I never received my order. I got a voice mail message, telling me to leave a message, and someone would call me back. Noone ever called me back. I left another message May 4th, 7th,and 8th, 2007 all three (3)times I got another voice mail message. I left three more messages, and again, noone ever called back.

I called May 9th,2007 @ 1:44pm I talked to Corrina, she told me that my order was just shipped out on May 7th,2007. I told her I just wanted a refund for all the money I paid to the company. She told me to send the distributor kit, and proof of payment for the bulk-order back to the company, and I would receive a refund. It is now June 4th,2007. I have not received anything. This company is a "Big-Ripoff" Everyone reading this please do not do business with this company. I just want them to pay back my total of $995.00. It is companies like this one, that makes the average working-class person looking for a honest home-base business, hesitant, and skeptical of all businesses. Please don't let them get away with this!

They said I didn't wait 4 weeks for my refund to process. Ask anyone in that company, if they ever called me ONCE, to tell me a refund would take 4 weeks? Also, why would a refund take 4 weeks? It did not take them 4 weeks to deposit my money! I followed the exact refund procedure steps, their employee Corrina told me to do. Now, she did not tell me at any time, it would take 4 weeks to process. Now if this company is a legitimate company, and they stand by their products, wouldn't it make more sense, to just give me my refund, and clear their company name? Why drag me out 4 WEEKS! I already have been dealing with this company since March, and never received the order I paid for. It is now JUNE! Prove to the reader's, that your company is HONEST! Don't keep delaying me, my refund of $995.00!

If you sent in your check around the 7th it hasn't even been 4 weeks to get a refund.
