Complaint Review: Family Products (hair zx)

Family Products & Hair ZX promised me a product and did not deliver. Then, they took more money than I authorized from my debit card. Now, I can't reach them on the phone

They ripped me off with a promise to deliver a product to me and took more money out of my debit card than I agreed to. I cannot get in touch with them to complain it seems the line is busy or they don't answer I have tried for 2 days now. Help me to retrive my money back.
