Complaint Review: Family Products

I too was ripped off by family products,I contacted the better business bureau in that area and lodged a complaint.The bbb mailed me an id# and informed me that they have contacted that company and asked them to reply to me .to date I have received nothing from family products in the form of a reply.apon contacting the bbb again I noticed my file was closed.They won't even help,i truly hope some legal establishment can help the thousands of us that have lost our faith in humanity
