Family Reader Service mislead, and doesn't live up to promises Elyria Ohio

when i opened up my shop this seemed like a blessing. i sgned up for a 2 year subscription for around 36.00 a month for 5 months. when that time was up, family reader service informed me that it was actually a 5 year contract and i still owed them over 300.00. i argued with them , but finally just paid it . they were real quick to contact me for payment, and they were not nice about it at all, however when i went back to get rid of useless magazines and get something my clients would actually read, they informed me it took AT LEAST 8 weeks to change ANYTHING. when i called them after that time they named a time well after i changed it and said i would just have to wait and deal with it. Is this what service is coming to? they were real quick off the mark when they wanted payment, but for any changes they want to drag their feet, i would NEVER recommend this service to anyone, ever, it would have been much cheaper and much more convenient to just buy magazines at the drugstore or barnes and noble, DO NOT EVER subscribe to this service.
