It's very simple. My son ordered a family crest shield, among other items, from this Co. After waiting for over a year (he ordered before he went into the Marines, and he left for boot camp March 2013), the items arrived. The shield is a standard shield, no family crest, or even a family name. These people apparently order these in bulk and did nothing to personalize the shield. After the time and expense spent on this little transaction, all my son got was a lesson in dissapointment, and as the Country thanks our Military for it's service, we say "No thank you" to the "Family Roots" Co. for their LACK of service.

We are sorry to hear that your son was dissapointed with his product However, we never send out items that our customers did not order. We have several payment plans, so it is up to the purchaser to decide how long they would like to strectch out their payment plans. Some customers choose to pay evem as little as $20 per month. If your son has received something different than what he ordered we will be more than happy to rectify it. We are in no way shape or form not giving our customers exactly what they ordered. We custom make each shield so it is surprising to me that he received a shield with no family coat of arms or a family name, if that is indeed what he ordered. Please have your son call us so we can settle this matter. Thank you for your time.
