Complaint Review: family saves club

i called my card company to get the balance and foun that family saves club had slammed a $40.00 charge on my account on July 4th.  in late june i was on public clearings house e-mail and played some game like a slot machine game. a you are the Missouri winner of a




































this so called company had slammed a $40.00 charge on my Visa debit card. In late June i was on my e-mail site and went to aPCH site and played a game of like slot machines. then up popped a site that said i was the Missouri winner of a $1000.00 winner of a walmart gift card. I continued on and answere a bunch of survey questions along with giving them my e-mail address and telephone number then i went to a page where i had to purchase a couple of items
i purchase something called bella brite for $1.03 this was rip off since they have put a debit of $78.41 on my card1111 I got their phone number from the card company and they won't reverse that charge. i also purchesed some coupon deal for $2.95.  then i went back to all by debits since june 15. there were a bunch of debits listed at $1.95 so i got each of these so called companies.
i had them cancel them as of that date so i wouldn't slammed with monthly charges and the said they would do. i received a letter from the $2.95 company they gave we a user id and a password 
also in their letter they said i had to cancel the account or they would add a monthly fee of $19.95
          i typed in there address and the computer in the library would not accept them!!!! so i called their number and cancelled.
     This so called family saves has no phone listed with the debit my card company reported but an address of pleasant gro in the state of Utah. what they have done is completely illigeal and they need to be stopped by action by their states attorney general and a class action suit filed against the company to get the money back to all who have been scamed like i was.   ken from saint joseph Missouri.
