Complaint Review: Famous Poets Society

I payed $80.00 over a year ago close to 2 years for a book that my poem was going to be published in. I still have not received my book but my 80 dollars sure is gone.
I would like them to repay me my money and today 6/22/04 I received a letter in the mail from them inviting me to a 10th anniversary with their executive committee.

Some names they list are Nancy Turney, Harpers Magazine, Reno Hilton hotel, Los Angelos Times, Mark Schramn, Lavendar Aurora, and Dr Kenneth Fan. They are asking for money to come to their convention.
