Complaint Review: Famous Poets Society

My boyfriend gary kelkis bought a plauge with my poem on it with his credit card, they took the money out but never sent the plauge.

In spring of 2002 i christina ermel wrote a poem that the famous poets society published in one of there books.now i did give them concent to do this.but what i didn't know is,if i wanted to see my poem in the book i had to buy the book for 40 some bucks.if i did not want the book i had the option of buying a plauge that had my poem engraved on it,gold triming,and polished finish.it was a plauge i could hang up on the wall for everyone to see.well my boyfriend gary kelkis used his visa card to buy me the plauge as a birthday present for me.the famous poets society took the money out,and never sent the plauge.we are so mad because the plauge was 40 to 50 some dollars,and they never sent it.i have been e-mailing these people ever since spring of 2002 and they never send any emails back to me ever.my boyfriends email address is philorgary@aol.com if you need to contact him for any information,he is with me now as i write this letter.we really wanted the plauge because i wrote one hell of a good poem and at home i lost my poem book during a move.so i don't remember what the poem says but i know it was good.i know i named the poem either unknown or untitled because i couldn't think of a title for my poem after i wrote it.i put alot of heart into this poem and wanted a plauge with my poem on it for display.these people ripped my boyfriend off 50 some dolars or less on his visa card or should i say debit/credit.i mean i really think we were ripped off because if there was a problem with the mail they would have sent the package back to it's sender,and from there the sender would have contacted my boyfriend to let him know that there was a problem but nothing like that happened at all they just never sent it and they do not contact us anymore in any way. we are so mad.please help us.
