I own a small company that was contracted by Famsa, they offered me the position by promising me full time work for my company and on time pay. I spent 15k dollars to start my business to cater to their needs only. This includes purchasing or renting vehicles, commercial insurance, hiring employees and purchasing tools. Now I am still in debt because they never provided sufficient work for my company, and the very little work they did provide I am not getting paid for on time or at all. I have been waiting for several weeks and tried contacting someone from corporate to get some answers but they chose to ignore my calls and emails. 

Since we did close work with them we also realized they are going out of business or moving to a different state (Texas) but continue to sale 5 year warranty to customers knowing they will not be in California for much longer and will not be able to provide the warranty they are offering.
