Complaint Review: Fandango

Fandango After purchasing movies tickets once, my credit card has been charged 11.99 every month since June 2008, even after cancelling/replacing my card Traverse City Michigan

In May I charged movie tickets on the Fandango website and have since been charged monthly for $11.99 for an unknown service. I contacted my credit card company and requested my card be cancelled and replaced with a new card. After receiving my new card in October, another charge of $11.99 was again charged to my new account.

I contacted TLG Great Fun in CT several times and upon transferring me to a representative the call would always be dropped and I would have to start over again.

Today I was finally connected to an actual person who claims to have cancelled a service, of which I did not sign up for. To date, I have not received any email or regular mail that indicates I am a member of any service plus I have not received any product or service for the monthly charge.
