 I went to this site online to purchase tickets for a movie. The purpose of buying online was to avoid waiting online at the theater. On Fandango's site they tell you to just go to the kiosh, and pick up your tickets. Well, when I arrived at the theater none of the kiosh's worked. The very thing that I was trying to avoid, that is, waiting in line, is exactly what I had to do. Part of the blame has to go to the theater as well. The Lowes theater in Cherry Hill New Jersey need not ever expect me to visit there movie house again. The 7 or 8 kiosh's that are located in the lobby are all out of order. I witnessed at least 6 other persons who had the same problem as myself with getting there "already paid for" tickets from the kiosh. Fandango should run there business a little better then this. When I called Fandango to complaine about this debacle the only thing that they could tell me was that the kiosh's did not belong to them, they belong to the theater. I could have kept the convience fee charged by Fandango for a service that does not exist. Fandango is a Rip Off, I will never use them again. This statement also applies to the Lowes Theater in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Never Again!!!!
