Fandango I purchased tickets in advance and still had to stand in a long line to pick them up. I requested a $6.25 refund for the convenience fee charged for the 5 tickets. Fandango denied my request. What was the point of buying my tickets in advance? Internet
I purchased 5 tickets in advance and was charged $1.25 each for a convenience fee but was inconvenienced when we had to stand in the concession line to pick up our tickets. I could not leave at that point because I had already pre-paid for my tickets on Fandango. I requested a refund from Fandango for $6.25 and they denied the request. I will never use Fandango again because they give poor customer service. They have lost patronage forever and I hope you will do the same.
