FanDuel Sportsbook Switched one of my selections to avoid a payout

Last weekend I did a 5 team parlay on the MLS and the first 4 teams all won, leaving just the Portland Timbers to beat San Jose Earthquakes, which they did. I also placed a losing correct score bet on the game. After the game I went online to check that my winnings had been added, but while the losing score bet was settled the parlay was still active, with the Portland game not settled and having a lower cash out option. On further checking the betslip, I saw that Portland's opponents were now listed as Colorado! There is no way that game, not due to be played until November was listed on the same page as the other 4 teams I selected.

I did not move to any Upcoming or Futures page, as the San Jose game that night was the one I was interested in. And Portland will have to play at least 3 other games before they even get to the Colorado match. So, I firmly believe that FanDuel, on seeing that my bet was about to come up, swapped out my winning bet for the other game, not even putting in the next game against LAFC but one way down the line, presumably in the hope that I will give up waiting or lose my nerve and cash out at the much lower return.

I filed a complaint/dispute on Monday with a "3-5 business days or longer" email confirmation. How long is "longer"? 10 days? 6 months? Totally disgusted with them and will be closing my account no matter what the outcome!
