Like the others ripped off by FanFare Media state, their salesman promised great returns from their advertising. He advised me that AdCart has an "above"average response rate for similar ads like I was considering. He went through some statistics and did some math and told me and by advertising in a store that had a average customer base of 25,000 people a month, I should average at least 75 calls a month.

Well, after the first 6 weeks I had zero calls. I tried to call my salesman, the salesman that told me face-to-face that he was only a phone call away and that he would follow up through the whole ad campaign, to express my dissatisfaction, but never got a response. When I did physically check that my ads were even in place, I found most of my ads were on the shopping carts in the extra cart storage area OUTSIDE the building.

I again tried to call my salesman, but to no avail. I did some research online and wish I had did it before, as I never would have used their services in the first place. I never received one call from a client because of the shopping cart ad as I always aks how they got my name so I know what advertising works best for me (although I did receive several calls from other advertising agencies wanting me to advertise with them, and how they could do a much better job at getting me business. )

Anyway, don't waste your money, in my followup research, I have never talked to anyone that had any success with shopping cart ads, there are much better forms of advertising with a much higher success rate.

So in six months you received no phones calls at all. Then you must be out of business. I don't know any business that can have no customers for six months and remain. If what you mean is you received no phone calls from people saying they saw you on a grocery cart and decided to call then of course you didn't. It's impression marketing. Nobody is going to tell you they came in from your ad on a grocery cart, though it is likely they recogzized your comapny because of seeing you there. The fact is everybody that pushed those carts saw your ad and it made an impression. I never cease to be amazed at the lack of knowledge of how to market and run a business the average business owner has.
