We (2 people that work here) ordered an Ozzy fan club package from fanfire.com on Sept.27th 2007. it is now November 12th 2007 and we have note received anything. According to the order confirmations they sent we were suppose to receive within 7 to 10 days if it was in stock. If it was backordered they were suppose to let us know within 1-3 days. Well here it has almost been 2 months. We haven't received any word and I have e-mailed them several times with know response. The order status just reads "shipping info unavailable". I've asked them to credit back my card and I still have not gotten any response. So I am thinking they are just scamming people? Or are we the only ones? Please help!! Thank you
