Failed to convict Carey Brent Nelson in Assault/Family vilance charges for Hitting his wife in the head on 11/9/2006. There was a enough proof. There was even hospital report/Sherriff office report. His attorney turned the case around on the wife. Never should a case like this happen this way at all ever.

CBN's family Fails sees to see their son's wrong doing in this relationship. Attorney only told 1/2 truths in the case. The da's office failed for the victim and her family. This man is not what he seems to be in Public all the time. He's a workaholic/alcholic as well. Lots of false statements were made in the case that were pure hear say from 1 side only! We all know it takes 2 people for a relationship to go sower! Beware of that family they lie a lot !
