I ordered a textbook through this Amazon partner on Amazon.com. My first credit card charge was rejected because I had given the incorrect billing address for my American Express. I corrected the address and place the order again. This time the charge went through.
Unfortunately, I recieved notice that the first charge went through as well. I immediatly contacted fantastic_shopper and let them know what had happened so I would not be billed twice and I would not recieve two books.

I did not recieve two books so I thought everything was fine. Until I recieved my American Express bill. I disputed the duplicate charge with American Express who then contacted Amazon.com. After 2 monthes I recieved notice that Amazon denied any responsibilty for the sellers action and that they could not help. So American Express put the charge back on my bill.

I have contacted Amazon.com a number of times and have been told "It's not our problem" and all attempts to contact fantastic_shopping have been ignored.
