I order a Hunter 52" Low Profile III ceiling fan from them back on 10/15/2008. I was sent an invoice via e-mail that told me the fan would ship on the 30th and they would send me a tracking number. They also charged my credit card at that time. The 30th passed and nothing. I sent them an e-mail via their site and they told me that Hunter was slow on shipping fans to their warehouse. They said that the fans would ship to them in mid-November. They promised me they would ship my fan at that time. Mid-November passes. I e-mail them again. Again, I am told that Hunter is slow on shipping their fans. I am told it will now be early December. Again nothing. The last time they talked to me they said the Hunter fans would ship in mid-January. Nothing. I tried to cancel the order, but I never received a response. Now, their website seems to be down and the phone number is disconnected. I just sent a complaint off to the Federal Trade Commision (ftc.gov). I am also going to contact the Arizona State Attorney General.
