Complaint Review: FAQ900.com / Integretel

I'm writing this report to add to the few reports I have found on the internet regarding the whole FAQ900.com scam. Just like similar reports, I was charged $40 on my phone bill for having called a 900-number for 2 minutes under the business title: Faq900.com

I immeadiately called the number for the Integrel, Inc. company that was listed on the bill and they were of no help to me since they seemed to follow a procedural response to my dispute. Again, they claimed that this number had to have been authorized.

This charge makes me upset and I hope to get my money back but this seems unlikely. I think what happened was that this was all due to a computer virus I had during the time of the charge.

Anyway hope this doesn't go on for much longer.
