Like several others here, I too received a $40 charge on my phone bill from IntegreTel, Inc. claiming that I had gone to a website called Faq900.com. and then dialed a 900 number.

Also like others, no one in my family downloaded the software or dialed the 900 number and my computer was also infected with several adware viruses at the time.

After I did some research on FAQ900 and Integretel, I saw that the exact same thing happened to so many others and even at approx. the same time 11:05 am (on 7/12/2004)! I mean the exact same time, 2 minutes, and the same charge of $40. I also received the bill through SWB, who told me they could do nothing about the charge on my SWB bill -- how is that possible.

InegreTel agreed to remove the charges, but they say, it will take about 2 billing cycles...as someone else said...this is all very suspicious.
