Person that I spoke to said her name was Kerrin Garrison. Not sure if she lied. This is at Farm Hill Utilities. I paid my bill last month and she said I didnt. Gave me odd amount of past due. Turned my water off and I asked if she would turn it back on for one week, until the first of the month. I stay at home taking care of TWO disabled people and do online sales for work. I told her that I have not gotten payments yet and could get them at any time. If not, my childs SSI would be in the bank in a week and I could pay it out if that. The B**** refused. ONE WEEK!!!!! I hope she rots in hell.
