This is Monster.com direct reply on Farmacie Umans B.V. and aka Lopertud business postings.

Monster had detected that the job postings on the site posted by these individuals are fraudulent and the activity of the 'company' is suspicious. As a result, all job postings are pulled from the site as soon as they are located and we are currently working with the FBI in an investigation. It can be
difficult to prevent these individuals from posting on Monster as they are using a process that allows them to post directly online. As a result, we pull the postings off of Monster as soon as the Site Abuse Coordinator locates them. We are currently working to integrate a system that will prevent this occurring and hope to have this in place in the near future.

Regrettably, from time to time, false job postings are placed on the Monster Job Database which may be used to attempt to perpetrate a fraud on unsuspecting job seekers. The placement of such false job postings is a violation of the Monster
Terms of Use and may also be a criminal violation of federal and/or state law.

The Monster Terms of Use provide that Monster disclaims responsibility for the information in any job postings and that job seekers use of Monster sites and their reliance on material posted by third parties on the Monster sites is at their own risk. However, when fraudulent job postings are brought to Monster's attention, Monster takes action to protect job seekers. Such actions may include deleting the job posting, blocking the access of the job poster to the Monster Job Database and having our legal department work with law enforcement authorities. We are currently working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in several jurisdictions and several state law enforcement authorities which are investigating certain parties who have placed fraudulent job postings on the Monster Job Database.

I was scammed. They send you a bogus check that has a fraud account number. When you cash it it seems like it has cleared but it really has not. Buy the time the bank finds out that the check is not right, you have already forwarded it through UPS. BEWARE. This is a fraud company. Please don't be trapped like I did. I now owe my bank $4925.00. And I am a single mother who makes $8.00 per hour. I only wanted to make some extra money, I didnt' want to get scammed.

I saw something similiar to this on another reprot for Farmington Hill MI. Why can't you put all the comments about one company together. The other was Chempacon GMBH but it also had the Farmcie name or however it's spelled. They are asiking me to cash checks for them and send them to different countries. Be more specific with the Fraud details and look at Chempacon Gmbh this is the same company.
