Complaint Review: Farmers/foremost

Bought an investment to make little more money,we were doing good thought we would expand and become landlords. well first few yrs had the place. renters damaged the place had to repair out of our pocket. finaly was sent to Farmers another landlord said they had landlord insurance.. so called got a quote on phone went into office to talk with agent.. told the agent more than ONCE Im a landlord need insurance to cover my renters incase they damage anything.. agent said ok got what you need. so started telling agent about all that happened over the yrs and why I needed it.. so agent started telling me what they had. I took basic.. never showing me a paper nor computer screen. was going by what agent told me..  then offered appliance coverage .I asked whats that. agent explained well if RENTERS damage your appliances we replace... I said I dont see them damaging them.. they not tied down.. I say they would Take them... agent said well that would be covered under your theft.. so talked little more.. then went to pay,, I asked again this covers all we talked about. renters etc.. YES sir you are covered.. Ok paid got a receipt.. but NO paper  I asked do I get a copy .no cant print right now Ill send one... so waited never got one.. called and called finially agent said your invoice coming up will send with it.. got Invoice again NO copy... even sent emails to main company Foremost .never got nothing. then boom my renters didnt pay rent so told them to MOVE.. well they ended up stealing my appliances. damaging the home.. well I did what I was suppose too and called police and insurance company... they sent cop out took report stating vandalism... here come the adjuster looked around,, said ok looks ok except one thing.. .Im like what your renters not covered I said WHAT. .NO NO.. that is not what I bought nor was told I had... he said do you have copy I said NO never go one.. so called and emailed again and again... never got one.. till she finaly said Ask the adjuster for it.... so asked.. he emailed me back said why in the world would I have one. the agent sends you that...  well they denied my claim and cancled my insurance.. .gave them 5 months to do right thing,, adjuster said we dont have such a policy. well why is it all over the net. and why did agent sell it to me...  comes down to FRAUD. misrep and bad faith.. come find out... the adjuster sent in a report saying he dont see vandalism,,, Ummm Tn state law says anything stolen, even one bag trash is vandalism. and here I have holes knocked in my under pinning , mirriors cracked where they tried pulling off the wall.. the official police report.. how does this guy think he can go against TN Law which says is clear in this matter... we have filed a lawsuit. we turned them into the TN insuruance commission seems they just wanted to sweep under the rug... took their workd that agent gave me a copy.. .if she did WHY would I keep asking for it. and mont later have email saying ask adjuster for .it ummm if she gave to me why would agent tell me to get from someone else .BOOM lie right there in writing .. .which will be perjury in court!!!..

People need to stand up to these companies.. just cause they have millions dont mean they take advantage of people
