They replaced mattress about 6 months ago and the new one is breaking down and they are giving me a very hard time about replacing it the store manager Denise is being very rude will not commit to a time to come out we will call you when we are on our way i have made several calls to her she is very rude mattress still has not been replaced i am now sleeping on my couch and have told her this.
