On Sunday evening Feb 28, I placed an order with Farmer Seed for potatoes, jalapeno plants, & squash seed.  On Monday I called the Farmers Seed to confirm delivery of the potatoes.  The rough voice lady that answered the phone said they would not deliver till March 31.  I explained to the rough voice lady that here in Okla we plant our potatoes by March 17 and if they couldn't ship them early then I need to cancel my potatoes.  She said she could not and I had to email the office to cancel the order.  I emailed the office to cancel the potatoe order and explained why.  Later that evening, they emailed me back and said since it was in the shipping process they could not.  On Tuesday, March 1, I called back to the Nursery, I received the same rough voice lady, and I ask for the Manager.  She told me they were not available and if she could help, I again explained that I need to cancel my potatoe order and why, she started yelling at me and told me to shut up and listen.  I then said 'wait you are being rude by yelling and that I am the customer here' she then told me I was rude and kept yelling.  I ask to speak to the manager and then she hung up on me.

My husband (Okla Farmer/Rancher) then called and received the same rough voice lady, he explained why we needed the potatoes early.  She explained that it was to early to plant and they they would be shipped out March 31.  He explained that we planted earlier, then she said that he needed to call President Obama and tell him to call the US Department of Ag to change the planting date.  He ask for the manager's number or email address and she would not give him that information and then hung up.

I have now requested to cancel the entire order since will do not want to do business with a rude, non-compliance company.
