Complaint Review: Fashion Envy

This company will send you an item that is the wrong size.  They are sized with cardboard tags attached to the item.  There is NO size tag attached to the item.  Then, when you return it because it is the wrong size they will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee.  Once you return the item, they will "sit on" your returned item until they are good and ready to process it.  When they do decide to process your return they will then send you and email that states they will process your refund in 5 to 7 days.  So, all in all you will wait two weeks for your refund to be processed by this company.  This company also has a 96% feedback rating on a popular auction site -- 26 NEGATIVE feedbacks like:

-- Item was late & picture didn't match description.
-- I have yet to receive the item.
-- Never received. Fake tracking #. Had to dispute and escalate for refund.
-- The item never arrived!
-- Never got item had to open case took 4/5 days refund!!
-- Didn't arrive by shipping date. No discount offered for inconvenience.
-- Still waiting to receive the jacket.
-- Held the item five days before shipping so it got here late. Communication sucks
-- The worst! emails never answered on time. lied about shipping! Ruined Halloween!
-- Bad shipping... I live 2 hrs away and item took 6 business days to get here
-- These do not fit women who wear a size large! If you buy in October no refund
-- Very very slow shipping! Lied about when the item was shipped.

This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Any business you conduct with them is at your own risk -- I totally suggest you find any other seller.  Just to show you how underhanded they are, they changed their name on E  bay from Fenvy to lovelyoutfits4u because I figured out they were selling here on Amazon.
