Fashion Nova scammed me and won’t answer emails or phone calls. Los Angeles California
My order #15919090 was never delivered or it was stolen and I’m requesting a reshipment of my order or a refund. Otherwise, I can report FashionNova to the FTC for fraud and they can take care of it for me. The order was placed on 5/22/18 and I was expecting the almost $200 ordered to be delivered on 5/29/18, according to their online tracking system thru Ontrac. I also received an email on the expected delivery date, stating they had delivered my package. Only that wasn’t true. I was home lounging in the living room and hadn’t heard a single knock at the door and no one rang the doorbell. So if the package was delivered, it was stolen off my porch. I have a feeling it was never delivered. I contacted Ontrac, terrible customer service. Even though they physically handled my package they told me it has nothing to do with them and I needed to contact FashionNova.
Getting in touch with FashionNova was an even bigger pain. No one answered the phone. So I emailed them and finally got a response from Alvaro. He sent me a claim form and instructed me to complete the form and he would forward to Ontrac and in 30 days they would solve it. After a few emails, Alvaro stopped responding. What they are doing is illegal. And something must be done about it. Either make improvements or shut the company down.
