Fashionfrenzy.com Charge for items never shipped and will not cancel order Miami Florida

I placed an order with fashion frenzy on the 11th of October and paid $12.95 for 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping. As of October 21st (Sunday) I still had not received the item so I emailed the vendor on the 21st and asked that the order be cancelled because it had not been received.

The vendor's website says emails will be answered within 24 hours. Since Sunday was a weekend I was willing to give them until Tuesday for a response. When I had not received a response by 5:30pm on Tuesday I emailed a 2nd request asking for acknowledgment of my first email and for verification of cancellation.

The vendor finally answers Tuesday afternoon with a screenshot of the tracking number. My 1st email was sent on the 21st. It was obviously received by the vendor because the package was shipped on the 22nd and my follow-up email was not sent until the 23rd.

And to top it all off they still had the audacity to charge the priority shipping fee (2-3 days) for an item that took 7 full business days to even ship. Not a company I will be recommending or using again. Buyer beware!! According to tracking the item was to be delivered today. No item received!!

I have contacted the BBB and posted a report on ripoffreport.com and complaints board . com.
