FashionMia.com Counterfeit clothing, fraudulent charge, misrepresentation China Internet

The clothing shown on this website is not what you receive. The items are all counterfeit, very poorly made of substandard material. All items were shipped directly from China, some smelled like fish, some had burn holes, incomplete hems & misaligned sewing. I used the guest check out via Paypal to make a purchase on 12/12/16 My credit card was charged $44.90 for " out of stock items" , and I requested a refund from the company. Kitty at FashionMia (service@fashionmia.com) said it would be credited in 5-15 days - That never happened. Meanwhile, Since none of the items received were wearable, I returned them as instructed to the return address at: APWQ 1937 Davis Street, Ste B Unit 30 San Leandro, CA 94577-1226 - It cost me $25.25 to return the items, a tracking # was provided to FashionMia as instructed. A follow-up email received from Kitty at FashionMia on 1/23/17 promised a full refund of the $124.57 purchase in 10-20 working days - That also never happened. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. This on-line retailer and any linked to it, such as Rosewe & LuLuGal should be shutdown for fraud & it seems to me that Paypal is complicit in providing a platform for the fraud & they should also be held accountable.
