Fashionmia Wrong size, terrible return policy Internet

I used the website's sizing chart.  I measured and re-measured.  The large item was still too small.  The company blamed it on Chinese sizes being different, suggested I give the item as a gift, and they'd give me an $11 coupon as compensation for my trouble.  They said return postage would be expensive and my responsibility.

After multiple emails, reminding them that I used their sizing chart and they were doing business in the United States and, thus, should be prepared to incur the cost of doing so, they agreed to refund my full purchase price plus postage but did not supply a return shipping label.  Return postage was indeed expensive.

The item is en route and they're now telling me they'll give me only a $15 coupon as compensation for return postage, less than half the postage and after I've already told them multiple times I'll never do business with them again.
