These are professional programmers who know how to code pages so that you never see their name until you go back to trace your browser history. They scrape searches or attempts to go to USPS.com to do an address change and then they redirect you to their site. When you get to the site it still says USPS.com until you hit submit.

They are change of address scammers who never tell you until you go back to the site to investigate that they are going to charge you $39.95 for a change of address. "plus" fees and handling charges? For a grand total of $49.95 charge to your card.

These types of page have what they call a dynamic ip address, which means that they can create pages that change after a certain action is taken. They call it the if this/then rule. This is an affiliate type site and there are about 100 of them if you do a search for change of address websites.

They're really dumb, there are actually people who might pay that amount of money for services if they were up front and honest about their dealings.

It's a ridiculous scam and I hope someone is convicted of fraud over this.
