Complaint Review: Fast-Data

Fast-Data Doesn't supply assistance to new or existing customers. Won't verify purchases and returns responses in a rude and abrupt manner. Rainham Kent

I had chosen Fast-Data internet business design site for it's reasonably low prices. Let it be known that this company doesn't care about it's client's needs and treats every situation like you are an idiot.

I simply asked for a copy of the original start-up invoice for my business for tax purposes. I was met with all kinds of run-arounds, and it occurred to me that this company may be handling their business with some kind of secrecy. If not, why wouldn't they honor my request?

Today I sent an e-mail to the information department letting them know that I would discontinue any future business with them, and when my contract was expired that I would be ending my internet site.

The return e-mail I received from the company had "Muppet" in the subject line of the e-mail and nothing further. I immediately e-mailed them back with "I don't know what this means." Needless to say, I'm not the idiot here, but FAST-DATA!!
