I bought a car from fast finance over a year ago ever since then it has been problem after problem. I literally had the vehicle 15 minutes then a misfire on the engine had occurred am not a mechanic but this should not happen when buying a 2008.I also have a friend who bought a 2010 from the same fast finance not even 1 week in she had to have the transmission rebuilt. She had the issue fixed then again it had to be rebuilt within 90 days. I am now stuck with a car that is about as reliable as a bike with no chain. I had also had to have some sensor and wheel service done when I bought the vehicle which was not covered until I spoke with a manager. I again am having an issue with the sensor and wheel system ie bearings/brakes. I have since the first month had an issue with the suspension system as well which was not covered as it was quoted "General Wear”. I called for some help as the engine is messed up again and I am told you will have to pay for it yourself we may be able to get you a discount but you will have to have it fixed yourself. I do not quite understand if the problem was fixed before not even 20,000 miles before and is happening again. It really seems like Fast Finance does not care about their customers, the same goes for the financial institute customers must go through TNT Finicial. I tried to get some kind of assistance or see if i could return this lemon and both answers were not helpful. I was told you can return the car however we will require your normal payments if you decide not to pay we will garnish your wages. I don’t quite understand why I would pay off a LEMON that should have never been sold in the first place. I contact a lemon law lawyer and was told to contact the attorney general as my cars age did not meet qualifications am at a loss her now I have a non-running car and what seems like loan sharks to deal with. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this company and would advise anyone against this nightmare.

Did you sign that pesky as-is sticker?  How long after you signed the as-is sticker do you think the dealer should be responsible for repairing your vehicle?
