I had Fast-Fix Repair at Park Meadows Mall replace the battery on my watch. Other than the battery the watch was keeping time just fine. When I picked up the watch the time was two hours off. The clerk took the watch and went into the back. He returned claiming the second hand caught on the hour hand and the entire watch movement need replaced and that he'd refund my money towards a new movement. That entire statement was false. The watch repairman had simply not set the correct time. Once the time was set the watch was fine. The clerk had immediately attempted to coerce me into an expensive repair by having set the time two hours off and then claiming the watch was in need of repair.
